We are excited as we embark in our next McJourney. Over the last 33 years, I have had the privilege of working on both the corporate and operators’ side of the brand.  This has allowed me the opportunity of working with owner operators, corporate partners, suppliers from the East to the West Coast to leading operations, franchising and supply chain for 29 countries in Latin America.  I’ve been happily married to my wife Cristina for 24 years and we have 3 amazing young adults, Michael 23, Kaylee 22 and Emily 19.

In these 33 years with the company, I have learned so much from the owner operators, field leaders, and amazing teams I have had the opportunity to work with and lead.  I have the great fortune to be able to put these learnings and experiences to practice as I transition to my next role as an Owner Operator.

Our family is poised with the opportunities that lies ahead.  My goal is to continue to lead with a growth mindset and provide great opportunities to my restaurant teams so in turn we can provide a smile at every seat… in your car (with drive thru and curbside) or at your dinner table, as we provide a great delivery experience with our 3PO’s or in our dining rooms.  We want to be the one you can count on!

Our long- term goal is run and operate 10 restaurants as an organization.
